Challenge

Circulate an authentic, personalised communication for each Kyriad Hotel using testimonies from the best customers-turned-ambassadors for their hotel.

Solution

A platform for production of content by Customer Ambassadors. Each Kyriad Hotel selects Ambassadors from amongst their best customers. They are going to be able to produce content on the platform about their experiences in the hotel in question and share them on their social media platforms. Ambassadors can accrue points and exchange them for rewards defined by the Hotels depending on the level of social engagement they have generated. All created content from Ambassadors may be redistributed by the Hotels and the brand.

Results

42 Hotels have become members of the program. Recruitment of Ambassadors commenced mid-March 2018.

Abitare Kids

An offline personal shopper service to monetise a showroom in Barcelona.

Challenge

Abitare Kids, a brand with a presence in Spain, France and Luxemburg, has set up a showroom in one of its shops in Barcelona. We’re developing a platform for them that allows customers to make appointments at the showroom with parents, those passionate about the Kids’ division, and Abitare customers for a personal shopper experience. The Kids’ division is a division where sharing experiences is hugely valuable. Who better to advise future parents than parents themselves? The personalised support service will also be available online throughout Spain but also in France and Luxembourg.

Bréal

An online AND offline advisory service for 360 customer support.

Challenge

Bréal has opened a private showroom in Paris to begin establishing itself since the brand doesn’t have any stores there. The advisory service at the Bréal Villa in the capital shows off the showroom and attracts traffic there while involving the most loyal and engaged customers-turned-advisors. It’s a service which is also available online throughout the country which allows customers, wherever they are, to benefit from the Bréal Advisors’ personalized advice. These advisors have been recruited from the brand’s loyal customers but also those who are passionate about fashion.

Results

More than 30 online Bréal Advisors recruited before the service even launched in mid-March 2018. More results to follow…
